Established in 2024 by Seref Zengin, owner of Hamilton Academical Football Club in Scotland, successful entrepreneur and proud Turkish National, the origins of Kurt as a brand derive from his passion and commitment to strong family values. So much so that he has ensured the first initials of his two sons be included into the new brand identity.  

The unique symbolism of Kurt derives from Seref Zengins native homeland. The wolf, Kurt, is a legendary and sacred national symbol of attributes such as Freedom, Wisdom & Guidance.

The wolf, which is translated to Kurt in Turkish, has featured throughout folklore for centuries as well as on bank notes, in Parliament, Parliamentary & Government Buildings and Official Institutions & Organisations such is its importance to the people.
